Ramando`s Italian Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

Great homemade Italian food. The service is absolutely fantastic. I have never had a bad meal here. It's comfortable and it's been there for so long, you know you're gonna get authentic Italian cuisine and the owners know what they're doing! I'm sure this is a "locals" favorite as well. This is a place we will visit every time we are in Myrtle Beach

Seriously incredible lasagna! It was so creamy a d the sauce was out of this world. My husband and I shared so we would have room for dessert and the cheesecake did not disappoint.

Outstanding find for our group of 5. Great Italian food cooked the traditional way. Veal Ramando is great! Sauce tasted like it simmered all day. Highly recommend.

Amazing food, waitstaff and atmosphere

Husband found this gem. He had the fettuccini ramando, which had some of the best crab meat he's had in years. I shared a 18" pizza with my son. The only two issues with our meal was the canned mushrooms on the pizza, and my daughter's fettuccini alfredo sauce needed some garlic, salt and pepper. The sauce was a little lacking in flavor. Overall the meal was great and our server was excellent, did not need to ask for anything. She was on top of everything!!

The best choice I've ever made for supper. . Staff was courteous. Food was delicious. Tiramisu was 1 of the best I've ever had. I can't thank the staff enough!

Was in Myrtle Beach for a week and happened upon this place the last night of our stay. Very disappointed that we didn't find it sooner. Atmosphere was very nice, service was Great. We had a party of 4 adults and we all agree Best meal we had all week and will definitely be back on our next stay more then once. Would give it 8 thumbs up if it would let me.

I had the broiled seafood platter and my wife had the lasagna. Both were excellent. Especially good crabcake. Would have been five stars except very limited choice on salad dressings. no blue cheese which was my favorite here for decades. I miss it.

Ordered through a app, never before ordered or been to the establishment, it was our anniversary and we didn’t feel like going out so we ordered take out, I special requested if the restaurant could write happy anniversary on my husbands take out container and they did and went above and beyond they made sure that the delivery driver from the app we went thru also said it upon delivering our food ! Not to mention the food is PHENOMENAL! The chicken piccata is amazing !! All the sauce is wow ! And thank you ramandos for being apart of our special day ! We can’t wait to be recurring customers !!!

Although the food was good, the service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress seemed to be in a hurry to get out of there. We weren't even in our seats before she was asking for our drink order. We barely had time to open the menu and she was back for the food order. To top it off she brought the check without asking if we were interested in dessert or anything else. We're on vacation and enjoy a slow paced meal not being rushed out.

The food and was excellent - four different entrees- eggplant parmagiana, veal picata, lasagna and scallops and shrimp in white sauce over angel hair pasta - their red sauce is to DELICIOUS.

My family ate at Ramando’s last night and the service and food were wonderful! We will definitely be back. We never had to wait for a drink refill and the food was honestly the best Italian food we ever had!

Nice Italian Restaurant. All 7 of us enjoyed our meals. Definitely will eat here again.

Such an amazing wonderful place to eat

So, Romandos has been here as long as I can remember and I've been here since 92. It's a great place for authentic Italian cuisine. From the decor, to the service to the food itself it screams old world Italy. The menu has a wide variety of dishes to satisfy any palate and the even do pizza. The service was excellent and the food was just as good. There were twelve of us the night we went and it was handled with grace and class. I can, in good conscience recommend Romandos to anyone who wants a great Italian meal in a place that looks the part. Enjoy

This was hands down a new place for us to eat while in Myrtle Beach. It was so good that we went back twice during our week. Food was delicious and service was top notch. We didn't have to wait either time we went for a seat. Will plan on going back year after year.

Amazing authentic food. You get large portions of simple Italian food. We loved it and will be back on our next vacation. You’ll be super full from your meal but you MUST finish it off with the strawberry cheesecake!

Overall very good. Loved the old time vibe eith Frank Sinatra playing and the service was excellent- a gentleman that has been working there for 11 years. Hubs loved the shrimp and scallips in feta cream sauce. I had filet and lobster with roasted veggies. The veggies were awesome. 4 stars as my steak was a little too charred and my lobster a little tough but both had good flavor.

Great food, service could be a little better but it's usually good.

Wonderful food. Had a family of 8, called them just before they were ready to close, they were so gracious they accepted us and greeted us with open arms. The food was fantastic. They did not rush us at all. The service was fantastic and they made us feel like fa6. We will definitely visit again. I highly recommend you stop by and enjoy the cuisine. You will not be disappointed.

The food is awesome! Tastes like real home made Italian food. Fresh ingredients and delicious sauce! I would highly recommend this place. Not only did they respect the safety of patrons during this COVID-19 times, the owner was very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Like eating at moms. Try the chicken Ramando. The chicken is soft and succulent and they give big pieces of juicy chicken!

Very traditional with perfectly prepared veal, a good wine selection with great choices for the money, the seafood was not overcooked and was pleasantly prepared, a real good value and a super plus in that they are open mid afternoon. We will come back next year!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a hostess that quickly found us a booth. Our waitress followed just a few moments later. We ordered a bottle of wine to split. Waitress came back moments later and said they were out of that wine but would give us a more expensive bottle for the same price. We ordered our entrees. Comp salads and garlic bread came out right away. The salad lacked toppings although being a house salad. Each salad came with 1 tomato and 1 cucumber. Bread was warm and toasty .. I ordered a steak dish and my friend ordered a chicken alfredo w broccoli dish. Both were plentiful portions. My steak had a demi glaze with mushrooms & shrimp. Shrimp was grilled and super yummy! We were happy w our experience even though our waitress didn't really seem like she wanted to be there.... Overall 4/5. We are tourists so not sure if we'd return .

Very good place we stumbled upon on vacation to eat this food reminds me of my mother’s and grandmothers cooking very generous portions, staff is authentic and knowledgeable of the food they serve and offer suggestions if unsure of what to get. Will definitely come back in the future.

Oh my goodness, go!! We all ordered different dishes and all left full and happy. We like to support locally owned places when we travel and were really happy with our meals and experience. Food is hearty and delicious with good portions. Ambience is nice, can be casual or date night. Food was much better than a chain for about the same prices. It was a great meal for our last night in Myrtle Beach.

This was the nastiest place ever. It even smelled of mothballs.

Food was great. Service was pretty good. Decent Italian food at myrtle beach. The high ratings they have on here I think are pretty well deserved. The server needed a little more training but she was so nice so it was easily overlooked.

We were in Myrtle Beach for the long weekend. Our first night we decided to come to Romando’s and we were not disappointed. We liked the food so much we decided to come back again! Both times the staff was super friendly, the food tasted fresh and authentically Italian and is vegetarian friendly! We will recommend this to anyone who is in town! We will definitely return!

Best place I’ve ever eaten and the people were so polite. Kinda pricey but so worth it.

We were here from Ohio looking for some authentic cuisine, something we couldn't eat back home. We stumbled upon Ramandos completely by accident but it was the best meal we had in South Carolina! They have a beautiful Diavola sauce atop a nice center cut filet mignon... it was absolutely exceptional. The service was top notch from a very friendly staff! The only downfall was that I will not be able to return until my next trip... which I am planning in the next 4-6 weeks. The Ragu had the taste of grandmas all day Sunday sauce... the fresh bread was decine. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Do yourself a favor and stop by to this hidden gem, you will not regret it!

We had dinner there tonight, it was fantastic. The food was delicious and our service was amazing, we could not have asked for a better server. We had never been there before, but I am pretty sure we will be back. It's a very nice little hidden gem.

Restaurant had a good atmosphere. Waitress was friendly. Food took a long time to come out even though they were not crowded. Food tastes good but was warm when it came out. Had the food at least been hot and tasted good I would ha e given it 4 stars.

Could have brought out oil and balsamic vinegar for salad..great was tasty! Good service.

Grandson wanted Alfredo at olive garden .they were packed so drive so this place, amazing food he order his dish .i orders Shrimp,crab meat Alfredo I was in love. The adults all had different meals and Shrimp moray was delicious I had bite. We all enjoyed it so,much we be back next month for a repeat.This place is a great date or family night out for some pasta. Clean place and wait staff was great .

Best real Italian food I’ve ever had at very reasonable prices and they give you more than enough on your plate and the waitresses are always so great and friendly it’s just a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Best Italian spot at the beach.

The service and food was great! We had two seafood dishes and lasagna. My son said he hated lasagna when we got there (he's 4) and when he took a bite he said this is the best thing I've ever ate. And no, I'm not lying. Our server (Benjamin) was awesome! She interacted with our 3 kids and was knowledgeable of the dishes. We will be back next trip to the beach! A million times better than an Olive Garden.

This is the best restaurant I've ever been to! Amazing food great owners n customers service n overall very nice welcoming atmosphere. Truly recomend for everyone who is in myrtle to check this place out n see for yourself. I'll definitely be back!

Ever since we discovered this restaurant we have never gone to Myrtle Beach without going. The staff is incredibly pleasant and always makes sure we are taken care of, they have always taken care of our kids first, and the food is the best. The moment I walk in the door it reminds me of my great grandmas and walking in and smelling fresh bakers bread in the over. You won’t find a better meal for your family on a visit to the beach. Can’t wait until we come back just so we can stop again!
